A. Ordering
Q: How do I order online?
A: Our online store is located under the "Products" tab. Select the items you wish to order by clicking "Add to basket". When you are done, click on "Order" to proceed to the next step. You will then be asked to create an account, or to confirm your identity if you've already created an account. Simply complete the shipping address information, payment information, verify your order and complete your purchase!
B. Shipping
Q: When will my order be shipped? A: Most orders are shipped within two to ten business days.
Q: How will I know if an item is out of stock? A: If an item is unavailable, we will contact you via email.
Q: How can I check the status of my order? A: Simply contact our Shipping Department via email or telephone at (800) 889-2060. We will verify the status of your order and get back to you in the same way you used to place your order.
Q: Are there shipping restrictions?
Outside of Canada? A: For the time being, our online store is available for shipping to Canada only.
To outlying areas? A: We make every effort to ship to all locations in Canada . However, shipping oversized items to some outlying areas – especially those serviced by air – is not always feasible or will entail additional shipping costs. If that were the case, one of our customer service representatives would contact you to discuss options to ship your order.
On ordered items? A: It is illegal to ship dangerous goods. We cannot ship goods that may freeze during transport.

Q: Can I ship to another address? A: Yes. When purchasing online, you can ship to any address in Canada . Indicate this information in the "Shipping Address" area. This is an excellent tool for sending someone a gift! |
