Q : How do I return an item purchased online?

A : If you are unsatisfied with the item, simply return it prepaid in its original packaging within 30 days. Include a note and the original invoice. We will either exchange the item or refund your purchase according to your preference. Please note that this return policy does not apply to final sales, special orders and custom products. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged nor refunded.

Q : Are shipping cost reimbursed when I return an item?
A : No . However, if an item is returned because of a shipping error or defect, we will gladly pay the shipping costs.
