How to apply natural Danish oil

Danish oil is a transluent product that enhances the beauty of wood without hindering the grain. It is an excellent choice for interior wood surfaces such as offices, furniture, floors and ridges. It can be also used outside on terraces or other exterior wood structures. Learn here how to apply danish oil to obtain perfect results.

Surface Preparation:

1. Sand surface with 150, then 220 and 320 grit sand paper.

First coat:

1. Apply with a 100% cotton cloth;
2. Let soak in for approximately 15 to 20 minutes;
3. Wipe well.

Second coat:

1. Wait at least 12 hours before applying the second coat;
2. Apply the same as the first coat;
3. Wipe two to three times every 10 minutes.

Third coat:

1. Apply the oil with steel wool number 0000 or 000000;
2. Work in small areas;
3. Important: wipe three or four times immediately after finishing.

IMPORTANT: Let cure for two weeks prior to use.
