5/8" x 4' x 8' Flat Cut White Oak panel with particleboard core A/1

White Oak is a light to medium brown wood, typically with an olive cast. The almost white to light brown sapwood is not always clearly demarcated from the heartwood.

The flat cut ​​white oak panels with particle core are veneered on both sides and grade A/1. We therefore obtain a side of superior quality and a side of very high quality. The type of veneer, sliced, gives a so-called "crown" or "cathedral" grain pattern. It is obtained by advancing one half of a log on a stationary knife and moving up and down. This method can be used for most species.

Lighter than the veneered panel with Baltic birch core, it is a nice alternative for a more affordable product.
