3/4" x 4' x 8' Cherry veneer panel with baltic birch core

Available exclusively at Langevin Forest , this veneer panel is the most appropriate to make furniture and shelves. His baltic birch core gives it a very high strength and excellent stability. Double sided baltic birch veneer panel. Also available in red oak, white maple, natural birch and black walnut.

The veneer and the assembly of panels are made in Quebec. The baltic birch core comes from east Europe or the Baltic countries.

Baltic birch core :

Also called multi-layer plywood, Russian birch plywood includes more sheets (or layers), that are also thinner than traditional plywood. The multi-layer plywood is made entirely of birch which is a hardwood. These characteristics give it strong rigidity and excellent stability.

Cherry plain-sliced veneer :

It is manufactured by advancing a half log against a stationary knife in a up-and-down movement. The resulting cut is characterized by straight grain intermixed with cathedrals structure.
