Application

1. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from wax, grease, dirt and dust. Surfaces with old finishes should be reconditioned.

2. Sand the surface to make it smooth and uniform and remove dust.

3. Mix the product well before use. In opened containers, remove any skin that may have formed on the product before mixing.

4. Apply a layer of oil, being careful to spread it as evenly as possible. Allow to penetrate for 10 to 15 minutes, then remove any excess oil not absorbed by the wood with a rag. Apply a second coat in the same way. Allow to dry well before commissioning. Do not work in direct sunlight or in the wind. Regular application helps prevent graying of the wood and retains its original color. Exterior wood should be redone at least once a year.

After use, cloths impregnated with oil should be immersed in water before being discarded in order to avoid the phenomenon of self-combustion.

Hardening time

Wait 48 to 72 hours after application of the final coat before putting into service. The full curing process takes up to 14 days.
