What are the delivery options?
We offer 3 delivery options: by transporter, via our Langevin Forest trucks, or in-store pickup.
For the moment, we only deliver in Canada.

How are delivery fees calculated?
Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery method, the total cost of your purchase, and your postal code.
You can estimate the total cost by entering your postal code once your products are added to your cart.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Delivery time depends on the option you have chosen:
- Parcel delivery – 1 to 3 business days
- Delivery by Truck – 1 to 5 business days
The delivery time is applicable once your order is ready. If you are ordering custom-made products, you must take into account the time it will take to make your products.
