The edge glued laminate panel method is commonly used to make countertops, tables, stair-treads, furniture parts or even fireplace mantels. Edge glued laminate panels offers great stability and above all, the possibility of creating large pieces.

The edge glued laminated panels are manufactured according to best practices by experienced personnel. It can reach impressive dimensions with thicknesses of up to 2 ¼” in the preferred wood species. We will manufacture your lamination with high quality glue, following cabinetmaking standards to guarantee its durability. We also have waterproof-type glue for your outdoor projects.

Finishing
The finished panel is supplied with an 80 grit sanded finish. Before applying any oil or varnish, a finish sanding is required on all faces and edges.
We recommend that you apply a finishing product to nourish and protect your wood panel on all its faces and edges. Apply the product according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Upon Receiving Your Panel
Store your panels or shelves flat in a tempered room. Their storage time must be limited, and their installation must be done within the days following reception.

Edge glued laminated panels are made with strips of wood approximately 3 inches wide by the length of your panel.To optimized stability of the panel in order to minimize warping, the direction of the rings are alternated.
