Delivery time depends on the option you have chosen:

The delivery time is applicable once your order is ready. If you are ordering custom-made products, you must take into account the time it will take to make your products.
Can I return products I purchased online?
Of course! You have 30 days following your purchase to return an item. The product must still be in the same condition and in its original packaging. Certain products such as books, special orders, gift cards, products on sale, custom colored and / or stain containers (custom color) are non refundable.
How can I return items I have purchased online?
You have 2 options:
In-Store Are you dissatisfied with an item you have purchased online? You can return it in-store free of charge if it is in its original packaging and you have the receipt. Please note that delivery fees will not be refunded.
By Mail It is possible to return the item by mail. Simply contact us at 514-322-9330 ext 238. If your product can be returned, we will send you a return label.
Wrap the item you would like to return, add the return sticker and bring your parcel to the nearest post office.
Once the parcel has been received by our warehouse, an employee will inspect the merchandise and proceed with the refund.
Is there a fee for returning an item?
No, we take care of any costs related to returning merchandise. Once the product has been inspected we will reimburse you for the total cost of your purchase, excluding the delivery fees.
When and how will I be refunded?
All refunds are done in the same way as the product was purchased. If you return your items in-store, you will be refunded immediately. If you are returning an item by mail, you will need to wait 5 to 10 business days.
Do I have to create an account to make an order?
No, you are not obligated to create an account.
However, signup is free and you will avoid having to enter all your information every time you visit Langevinforest.com. You will also have easy access to information related to your orders (history, tracking number, previous order, etc.).
Can I cancel an order online?
You can cancel your order at any time, as long as it hasn’t been shipped. If the order has already been shipped from our warehouse, the return procedures will apply.

Of course we wish that your imagination could be the only limit, but some materials come with certain restrictions. We invite you to visit us in store or to call us to talk about your project. Our sales representatives will advise you on the different choices available to you.
What are the Production Times for Custom-Made Products?
Once your online order is completed, production time is between 12-14 business days.
How Can I Add a Promotional Code to My Order?
Promotional codes can be used in your cart once you are ready to complete your purchase. All you have to do is enter the code you received into the indicated space and click on Use a Promotional Code.
