Select the “in-store pickup” option before you checkout.
You will receive an initial confirmation email of your purchase. Before coming to the store, you must wait for a second email indicating you’re your order is ready for pick-up.
We prepare your order within 24hrs
Within 24-48 hours*, a second email will be sent to you once your order is ready to be picked up. You must wait for this confirmation before coming to pick up your order.
* This is an estimated time frame that may vary according to the nature of the products or because of any other external factors out of the store’s control. Orders must be submitted during the store’s business hours.
Picking up the merchandise
Present yourself to the store’s service counter. Have the email indicating that your order is ready on hand, as well as your credit card used for the purchase and a government issued photo I.D.
From the moment your order is ready, you must come and pick it up at your selected store within 7 business days. After this period, the store reserves the right to cancel the order and you will be refunded. If the order includes made-to-measure or special-order items, they will not be refundable. In this case, you will have an additional period of 60 days, after which the order will be canceled and non-refundable.
