Returns, exchanges and guarantees
Q: How can I return an item purchased on langevinforest.com?
A: If the item received does not suit you, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it. However, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. You will need to accompany your shipment with a note explaining the reason for the return, specifying whether you want to make an exchange or be reimbursed and you will need to attach the purchase invoice. We will exchange the item or refund you, depending on what you have indicated to us. Please note, however, that a restocking fee, corresponding to 15% of the value of the item, may apply.
Please note that this return policy does not apply to books, final sales, special orders and custom-cut products. In addition, you cannot return a gift certificate or get a refund.
Q: When I return an item to your store, are the shipping costs refunded?
A: No. However, if you are returning an item because we made a mistake or because the item was delivered damaged or defective, we will cover the shipping costs.
